Akshay Kumar is back! And this time he’s in a no-nonsense avatar. The release of Baby couldn’t have been better timed, considering it’s a film that makes a statement on global terrorism and arrives on the weekend leading upto Republic Day. It is pretty much expected that the Akshay Kumar-Neeraj Pandey flick would do the trick yet again, after Special 26. Moreover, the reactions coming in so far from the industry screenings have been super fabulous, with Akshay’s act in Baby being considered his best ever till date.
Akshay’s fans even made hashtags, which are currently trending on social media for the Baby promo, weeks in advance of it’s unveiling. So there clearly a lot riding on how the first look would eventually turn out. Hasn’t that been an overwhelming experience for Akshay?!
The build up for ‘Baby’s’ promo was staggering to witness. To experience how genuinely excited they were about the first glimpse puts into perspective how much this serious genre is admired.
