The perfect solution for unmanageable, frizzy, unruly hair, the Dicipline range offers upto 72 hours of anti-frizz, anti-humidity action. I was given a very special, personalized Kérastase consultation followed by a rejuvenating Discipline Morpho-Keratine VIP Ritual. The results are in front of you and trust me, I’ve been using the Discipline hair care line ever since because no one has given me a better understanding of my own hair! Want one? 1) The Introduction
The team at the L’Oréal Academy gave me a one-on-one consultation, where we discussed everything from the condition of my hair to what Discipline’s treatment will do for it. They promised me my natural hair, but better. Let’s face it, trying to imitate someone else’s hair is so not cool anymore.
2) The Hair Wash
Of course, we started with the mandatory hair wash using the Discipline sulfate-free shampoo from the Kérastase’s Discipline range. The first time round, we didn’t use conditioner.
3) The Heavenly Massage
The Discipline hair masque, Maskeratine was being massaged into my hair. Please reserve all judgements for my facial expression.
4) Maximizing The Benefit Of The Product
Sealing in the product with heat is the best way to ensure indepth penetration. Yes, I was busy on my phone … trying not to fall asleep. Also, I’m addicted to Instagram and Twitter.
5) The Final Look
Another hair wash, followed by conditioning, a little bit of the Fluidissime anti-frizz spray, and a quick natural dry later … voilà! My hair feels like a million bucks and really, it’s not that expensive!
