Yes, exactly what you saw happened. Miss Amazon, Carolina Toledo, had just been crowned and was enjoying her moment of fame when runner up, Sheislane Hayalla snatched the crown and threw it to the ground. As you can clearly see, Sheislane continues to insult her fellow contestant before storming off. The organizers, who were extremely shocked, picked up the crown and gave it back to Caroline before asking security to escort Sheislane away from the scene.
