The Sri Lankan beauty, Jacqueline Fernandez, recently dazzled us all with her stunning appearance in the Valentine’s weekend release, Roy. And the actress had to workout rigorously to achieve the perfect body for her role. So she had been training under the youngest trained stott pilates instructor in India, Namrata Purohit. Jacqueline trained religiously with Namrata to get fitter while keeping her curves intact.
Talking about her workout regimen, the gorgeous heroine revealed:
Training with Namrata has been great. Not only does she challenge me and push me further but also ensures we have a lot of fun while we workout. Her workouts are interesting, challenging and motivating. Every routine is different and we not only work on strength and looking lean but also on flexibility, stability and all the other factors in fitness.

Jacqueline has been very regular with her training. She is extremely dedicated and loves working out. Training her is great fun as I can always give her a new challenge every time. She does pilates and altitude training 3-4 times a week. In every class we focus not only on getting more toned, increasing strength but also flexibility. She is focused and regular and has hence, achieved a great body!
