It seems that with dad Rishi Kapoor coming back on Twitter, Ranbir Kapoor has moved a step closer to actually tweeting himself. From what I hear, RK was initially worried that his dad might tweet some personal stuff, especially regarding him and Katrina Kaif. But after speaking to his dad and getting confirmation that Papa Kapoor wouldn’t tweet anything about RK without letting him know first, the young actor sort of calmed down. And it seems Ranbir’s apprehension of having his parents on social media was justified – after all, when his mom, Neetu Kapoor, recently Instagrammed the Balam Pichkari photo featuring him and Deepika Padukone, a lot of comments and speculations began doing the rounds. So much so that Rishi Kapoor even had to send out a tweet clarifying the whole thing.
Still, his parents seem to be enjoying social media. Rishi Kapoor has become something of an avid tweeter, and I hear that Neetu Kapoor is quite a social media addict herself. She’s often spotted browsing and checking the tweets of several industry people. But will Ranbir follow suit? Well, I’ve heard that RK plans to send a tweet himself through his dad’s account some time in the coming days. His last stint of joining social media for 6 hours was called out for being nothing but a publicity stunt to sell a mobile phone. However, you never know – you may just see a tweet from Ranbir Kapoor soon!
