Exactly a year after Ragini MMS-2 [March 2014], Sunny Leone is returning to the big screen as a leading lady. If her debut Bollywood flick Jism 2 was an erotica, then with Ragini MMS-2 she forayed into the horror genre. Barring an odd Jackpot, a crime thriller, which didn’t work at the box office, Sunny Leone has been enjoying a good time in the Hindi film industry. Now that she is coming with a dramatic musical romantic Ek Paheli Leela, one looks forward to what’s in store for the audience.

While that happens, all eyes are on how audiences embrace Sunny Leone dancing to the tune of Dholi Taro, a song in which Aishwarya Rai featured in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.

Ash did such an amazing job on the song that I was extremely intimidated. I knew that I had to live up to such an amazing song. Moreover, it was not only her but then there was Salman Khan too in the song. Between the two of them, it felt really scary to even attempt something as huge as ‘Dholi Taro.’ I am happy that people are comparing the two versions of the son. At the same time I can hope that I can live up to the expectations by delivering at least a small percentage of what Salman and Aishwarya have done in the past. I guess when people see the song on the big screen, they would be pleased. Hopefully then, my version of ‘Dholi Taro’ would find the place.

The film is also special for Sunny since it has a strong musical base to it. No wonder, she seems to be enjoying dancing to the tunes of Desi Look, Glamorous Ankhiyaan and Saiyaan Superstar as well.

It was a lot of fun shooting for these songs, I had many songs to shoot and the hardest job was to actually make these nine songs so different from each other. It was an amazing experience and I had a great time shooting for these.

We would like to check out the results when the Bobby Khan directed film releases this Friday.
