In case you’ve been living under a rock, Salman Khan has been sentenced to a jail term of five years for culpable homicide not amounting to murder (Section 304 II of the IPC). Right after the Sessions Court judge announced Salman’s verdict, the actor’s lawyers filed a bail application to the High Court.
The Bombay High Court granted interim bail till Friday since judgment copy of the Sessions Court verdict has not been received by the HC.
