Rashami Desai and Nandish Sandhu have been a rather public TV couple. The duo tied the knot in 2011, but sadly their marriage saw a rough patch in 2013. However, the couple is now back and kicking ass at their relationship and at Star Plus’ Nach Baliye 7. They’re upping their game week after week and it is definitely one of the couples we’re looking out for.
Here are 5 reasons why we’re loving them on the show.
1. They’re A ‘Real’ Couple
From the word go, they declared that their relationship is “khatta meetha” – and what a refreshing change that was! It was pretty cool to see celebrities not put up a farce about their lives, for once.
2. They Believe In Second Chances
I think it’s a testament to their maturity and love that the two of them have chosen to work on their relationship. They believe in second chances and that really makes us connect to them. We’re all but human after all.
3. They’ve Got Each Other’s Backs!
Unfortunately, Rashami injured her foot before last week’s gala performance. However, her man didn’t disappoint. That’s right! Nandish performed their routine without her and held fort for the both of them. What’s more! He garnered much appreciation and decent scores from the judges.
4. They’re Fabulous Dancers
At the end of the day, Nach Baliye is a dance show and the Rashami-Nandish performance is something we really look forward to. Rashami is a stunning dancer (no wonder Marzi Pestonji had a crush on her too!) and Nandish always manages to compliment her on stage.
