Don’t worry, you’re not alone, I don’t get it either (and I’m sure nor do a LOT of people). That’s why the good people at Femina Believe have started their Personality Development workshops. 1) In USA, to use the knife, the fork is switched to the left hand. To continue eating, the fork is switched back to the right hand.

2) Rest of the world follows the rule of fork in the left hand and knife in the right.

3) Never stick your chopsticks vertically in your food!

4) Used cutlery never goes back on your table, always keep it in your plate.
