Waking up at 7AM on a Saturday to make it to your first class
During the first ten minutes of basic stretches
When you’re able to touch your toes and follow initial instructions
When you’re doing the first downward dog (basically bending over, yoga-style!) and notice the cute guy behind you
When your instructor asks you to try the chakrasan-pose #ExcuseYou
Half an hour in and you can’t believe how much ‘stretching’ makes you sweat!
When you’re doing the warrior-pose and your instructor tells you to relax
