Well, that’s because this time, she is looking way fitter and sexier than her previous self. The girl has been working really hard to achieve this perfect 10 body and clearly, the hard work is paying off. Alia had recently headed to Austria for a detox retreat with her sister Shaheen Bhatt. And she has also been following a strict diet and working out rigorously with her trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala. But guess what?
