When it comes to the beach, our totes are often brimming with sunglasses, floppy hats and tubes of sunscreen. Although we’ve mastered the art of protecting our skin, most of us forget that our hair needs protection too! All types of hair, whether coloured or not, are negatively affected by the sun’s rays. From dryness to breakage and fading, UV rays can cause a ton of damage to your precious locks. This is where hair sunscreens come in! Not only do they form a shield over your tresses, but also infuse moisture and shine to them. Here are a few of our favourites.

1.  Clarins Sunscreen Care Oil Spray SPF 30

What’s a trip to the beach without a dip in the ocean? Save your hair from the salty sea with this dry oil. Non-greasy, water-resistant and nourishing, this bottle will keep your locks glossy, soft and smooth. Best of all, you can use this product on your body too!
