Salman Khan at the Bigg Boss 9 launch was asked the obligatory Shah Rukh Khan question. I mean, I get the intrigue. I, for one, was ecstatic when mere Karan-Arjun aa gaye for good at Arpita Khan‘s wedding last year; and was sad when the duo couldn’t make it for this year’s Baba Siddiqui Iftar party for their little hug ritual.
So when bhai was asked if SRK will be promoting Dilwale on Bigg Boss 9 this year, he said:
A film with him and me on the same day is a possibility (laughs)
And then he said:
No ya. Shah Rukh will be too busy to go inside the house! I don’t think he’ll go in. Oh, you’re talking about promoting? (laughs)
But in all seriousness…
I’d love for him to come on the show. He knows that I don’t mean it – If he has the dates and if he wants to come on the show, he’s more than welcome. Even if he wants to go inside and spend some time with the contestants, he’s more than welcome. I would put it like this. Not as ‘I love him and I’d want him on the show’ and all that, because it’s carried away differently and a lot of pressure is put. So if he’s coming, he should come, promote his film, have fun, go inside to chit-chat with contestants, give them his life experience. He’s had lots of experiences in life. So ya, that’s it!
