It’s no secret that fashion and makeup go together like wine and cheese. After all, what is an outfit without a swipe of red lipstick? So, you can imagine the excitement that unfolded when MAC announced its latest collaboration with renowned fashion designer, Zac Posen!
Known for his glamorous gowns and inimitable style, Zac Posen has been the star of nearly every fashion week. It comes as no surprise that his foray into the world of beauty would be with MAC. After all, the cosmetics giant has been responsible for a number of looks from the designer’s shows.
Although the line is only to set to release in February 2016 (we know, it’s way too far!), we got a sneak peek of the products that we can expect. The liquid liner looks sharp enough to create a fierce cat eye while the red lipstick looks like a classic. MAC is famous for their rouges, and it looks like this collaboration’s bronzer and blush duo is one for the books. However, our eyes are firmly placed on that beautiful eye shadow palette. That bold purple shade is probably going to be our new smoky eye colour.
Personally, we can’t wait for these products to release! With a packaging as chic as Posen himself, and formulas as great as MAC, there’s no doubt that this line is going to be a winner.
