We can never have enough when it comes to Indian couture masterpieces and for folks in Mumbai, your prayers have been answered! Yesterday, we witnessed the grand launch of Jhelum, a fashion store housing the best of Indian couture in a cool store-in-store concept. Along with some of the biggest fashion names like JJ Vallaya, Manav Gangwani, Suneet Verma, Rina Dhaka and Varun Bahl, we spotted a ton of star power at the event!
Hostess Jhelum Gopal Dalvi along with co-host Kaykasshan Patel made sure that her guests had fun dressing up for the event in designers that retail at the store. In fact, our boss lady, MissMalini was styled by me in Anamika Khanna, another designer that also retails at Jhelum. The guest list at the event included Divya Kumar Khosla (also in Anamika Khanna), Krishika Lulla (in Varun Bahl) , Isha Koppikar (in Varun Bahl) , Warda Nadiadwala and Aarti Surendranath(in Rohit Bal) , Madhoo Shah (in Rohit Bal) , Resham Hemdev (in Suneet Verma), Prashita Chaudhary and Rashmi Nigam (in Varun Bahl), Shriya Saran, Evelyn Sharma and Narmada Ahuja (in JJ Valaya). With some yummy bite-sized treats and the flowing bubbly, the evening was fun and full of fashion.
