Recently, we got some alone time with Sidharth Malhotra after he returned from his New Zealand trip. Even though the time was limited, we managed to talk to him about things beyond cinema – his other passion that is traveling.

What is your favourite thing about NZ?

I have been in New Zealand for the past one week and every single experience I have encountered here has been exciting for me. I have participated in adventure sports, luxury experiences, Maori cultural activities and many more offerings of the country. Keeping all this in mind, my top pick would be two things – Firstly, my skydiving experience. It was my first skydive and my adrenaline levels shot through the roof. Once my feet were firmly back on the ground, I realised that this was the best feeling I ever felt in my entire life. Secondly, I am humbled by the hospitality of the Kiwis. I received a warm welcome from every Kiwi I met through the journey – from the Prime Minister to the former BLACKCAPS and all the fans of Bollywood.
