I was trying to make peace with the news of Shagun‘s twin sister appearing on the show, and then I heard this. According to the news doing rounds, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is all set to take a five-year leap with Ishita and Raman living separately post that.
And that’s not all! Both of them will have new companions in their life. Disha Parmar, better remembered as Pankhuri from Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara will enter Raman’s life and Saurabh Raaj Jain, our very own Lord Krishna from Ekta Kapoor‘s Mahabharata will pair up with Ishita.
Like this news is not sad enough, we will also have to deal with the fact that there will be no Ruhanika Dhawan on the show anymore. Ruhi’s character will also have to grow up! I am going to miss you, young Ruhi 🙁
I can’t help but wonder what will lead to this fight between the two! Will Raman be so creeped out by his possessed wife (which is just fair, by the way) that he’ll decide to leave her? Or is it going to be the other way round? Is it going to be Ishita/Shagun’s spirit, who will leave Raman considering that was Shagun’s favorite activity in the past – you know, abandoning Raman! Will Ishita still be possessed after five years? Will the makers keep Shagun’s character alive on the show?
