For a lot of people, Christmas is their favourite time of the year. If you ask me, it’s Diwali. I love that people light up their homes with hand-painted diyas, lamps and fairy lights. I love the pujas as much as the card parties and the fact that the whole family comes together to celebrate the festival of lights. Of course you can’t strut around in your sweats during the 5 day festival, so today, on the first day of Diwali, let 10 stylish Bollywood celebrities show you what to wear – no matter where you go.

1. Add colour in the form of your accessories

2. Wearing gold on Dhanteras – makes sense, right?
