It was Bigg Boss 9’s Diwali special episode last night. It may not have been as happy as I had expected, but it was sure a cracker, no? Of course, other than the noise the contestants are experts at making, there were some great performances during the BB’s Got Talent task… AND some rather interesting revelations!
Here are the 5 revelations from the episode that’ll make you want to watch it, like right now!
When did this happen? Did any of you know this? I was pleasantly surprised when Aman Verma told Mandana Karimi about his relationship. Also, the mug she sent with pictures of both their families was really sweet.
P.S- Last I heard, Aman was dating Ankita Bhargava. Yes, Karan Patel’s wife!
I didn’t expect much from Rochelle Rao’s performance, especially after her fight with Kishwer Merchantt and Prince Narula during the rehearsals. But boy, she really knows her moves! And did you see that cartwheel? Grass or no grass, we totally loved Rochelle’s ‘Badla Mijaz’.
Although I’ve felt that from day 1, her performance on Beedi Jalaile just reinstated my belief that Rimi Sen has never got her due in the industry. I really hope her Bigg Boss stint is her Bollywood comeback ticket! Because with expressions and dance moves like that, she is already better than a lot of actresses we know.

During the Diwali performances, Rishabh Sinha, Digangana and Aman prepared a small skit of what happens inside the house with Rishabh playing Prince Narula, Aman playing himself and Digi acting as Rimi. And Rishabh absolutely stole the show! His act was spot on and I almost fell off the bed laughing when he ran around the stage shouting- “Mujhe task do, main yahan task karne aaya hoon.”
If I have to pick Kishwer’s most irrelevant fight, I’ll be really confused because you know, most of them are. Similarly, Rochelle and her reasons to cry! Last night’s fight between the two women was as unnecessary as Sonakshi Sinha in Dabangg 2. You know what I mean? And looking at the past record, this fighting and crying may go on for a while.
All in all, this was one of the most entertaining Bigg Boss 9 episodes till now! Do you agree?
