They always say dress for the job you want, and not the job you have. But what do you do when you want to be CEO and all you want to wear is a crop-top to work? It’s simple, where there’s a will, there’s a way. As I write this, I’m wearing a crop-top at my desk and the HR department hasn’t looked at me twice, forget sent me an email about it. Here’s how I’ve paired it…

I’m wearing a white, sleeved crop-top, which looks like a basic t-shirt, except cropped. I’ve paired it with a high-waisted tan pencil skirt, white blazer and heels to match. Beige, tan, white – they’re all office-appropriate shades and you can’t go wrong when you mix them all up. Of course you can’t wear that floral, multi-coloured crop-top without getting fired, but this white one makes a great alternative. Get the same one in all your office shades and you’re good to go!

Take a peek at a few more you can pull off at work, without having an angry warning note sent to you…
