We all have that one friend who could use a new denim jacket, amirite? Okay, confession, I am that friend. My denim jacket and I have a relationship that’s been quite strong through the two and a half years. I take it to the movies, out of town, on the plane, to work – it basically goes everywhere with me. But off late, I’ve been running out of ideas how to wear it. Don’t get me wrong, there’s alway the usual/normal way, then there’s the on-the-shoulders way and of course the tie-it-around-your-waist and rock a ’70s vibe way.
And just when I’ve run out of ideas to amp up my denim jacket, I spotted Sonam Kapoor at the airport. Throwing plenty of outfit inspiration, Sonam just updated a denim jacket in the easiest and chicest way possible – with zero need to go swipe my card and go shopping!
Yup, you can find this right in your closet. All you need is a super cute belt and you’re set! We love how Sonam really took her black dress and denim jacket up a notch by cinching in her waist with a dark blue belt. However, those shoes are a no-no! Sorry, Sonam but your outfit could have looked way better without those shoes, don’t you think?
