Karisma Kapoor and Sunjay Kapur are apparently unable to find common ground in their petition for divorce by mutual consent. The two are reportedly fighting over the terms of a trust being set up for their kids Samaira and Kiaan Raj Kapoor. Sunjay doesn’t want to hand over all the control of the said trust to Karisma, due to which Karisma is not letting Sunjay meet their kids. Karisma’s lawyer alleges that Sunjay is not complying with the terms set for the mutual consent needed to get the divorce and apart from the trust, Sunjay refuses to give Karisma the flat in Mumbai as well. On the other hand, Sunjay’s lawyer has said that Karisma and both the children are well looked after financially by Sunjay. Till the time Karisma and Sunjay don’t agree on these important points, a divorce by mutual consent seems to be extremely difficult.
