Every December, the fashion, beauty and decor world waits eagerly for Pantone’s colour prediction for the forthcoming year. 2015 was all about Marsala, but 2016 has something absolutely new in store for us. For the first time ever, Pantone has announced two shades – Rose Quartz and Serenity! The balance between the warm pink and icy blue represent a soothing sense of order and peace. These hues also represent a positive change that is occurring in the world i.e. one of gender fluidity.

What does this mean for you? A duo of colours to play around with! Since we know how much you love staying on trend, we’ve listed out 5 products that you NEED to buy.

1. Essie Nail Lacquer In ‘Saltwater Happy’
