Karan Arjun aaaaa gaaayeeee!!! Shah Rukh Khan was the guest on Bigg Boss tonight, and I will go ahead and say that it’s the only episode of season 9 that I cared about. It isn’t every day that you get to spend an hour watching them interact with each other, and that’s a pretty epic thing – not just because of their major fight/reconciliation, but also because they’re two of the biggest superstars in the country. In case you missed it – or just need to relive it a little – here are 5 of the cutest things they did on the episode!
Yeeessss, it happened! What made it even better is that they danced to a medley of their own songs – Lungi Dance and Dhinka Chika combined.
They both pulled out, er, bananas – and I mean the literal fruit – and exchanged them. Lots of *hinthintnudgenudge* jokes about kela. Then they ate them. Yeah, they ate each other’s bananas.
Also, this happened. Please note it’s definitely very much paraphrased dialogue, because I was too busy fangirling those two to take exact notes:
SRK: So everyone here is expecting a lot of things from us today…
Salman: Yeah… *looks at audience*
*Pregnant lady in the audience stands up*
SRK: She’s expecting a LOT of things.
Salman <to lady>: How did this happen?
Pregnant lady: How it was supposed to happen.
*Silence. Salman looks at SRK*
SRK: Don’t ask me, mine’s from surrogacy.
They played this game where one person had to pick up a placard that had an actor’s name on it, and show the other person without looking at it. The other person then had to act it out, and of course it would then become a guessing game. I know the writers scripted the shit out of this game, but I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t LOL. Especially this part (which is, again, paraphrased):
SRK: *picks up the board with Deepika Padukone‘s name on it*
Salman: *mimes badminton; SRK guesses it*
SRK: *picks up the board with Ranveer Singh‘s name on it*
Salman: Pehle wala…
SRK: Deepika Padukone.
Salman: Uska woh.
SRK: B wala ya V wala?
Salman: V wala.
SRK: Ranveer Singh!
And of course they sang Yeh bandhan toh pyaar ka bandhan hai. Of course!
While lip syncing and dancing to Gerua, they both did the classic SRK arms-wide-open pose. And I, of course, collapsed into a fit of fangirly giggles. How am I even this person? Sigh. <3
