John Abraham hasn’t been in the limelight for a while. He’s never at parties, you never see him at award shows, and his public appearances are always limited only to film promotions. In case you’re wondering why that is, there’s a reason. When asked why he doesn’t make too many public appearances and keeps such a low profile, the actor went on record to tell IANS that all actors are insecure, but he’s content in his own space.
Here’s what he said:
There is one common thread that holds all actors together and that’s insecurity. I can’t be a part of that, hence I am content in my space. I feel uncomfortable at award functions and I don’t go for award functions. Also party for me is definitely no.
He even said that the one thing everyone can hold him to is that he’ll never dance at wedding functions.
Definitely, one thing that I will not do and you can hold against me is that I will not dance at marriage functions. That is below my dignity.
