Bigg Boss 9‘s grand finale is going to air tonight, but we already have the details on season 10! The official announcement will be made during the episode tonight, but here’s what’s really happening –
In the next season, Bigg Boss will throw open the gates to the public. That’s right: members of the public can become contestants! For nine seasons, we’ve seen celebrities of various levels entering the house, but for the first time, regular people can join in. They’ll be competing for the same name, fame, and – of course – money, alongside the other celebrity contestants.
Raj Nayak, CEO of Colors, says:
We will be scouting for some great contestants in the months to come. You could be a doctor, engineer, lawyer, teacher, preacher, banker, entrepreneur, home-maker, taxi-driver, coolie, from any domain, any socio-economic background, have any caliber, if you think you are an entertainer, then this is the break that you have been looking for.
Interested? Well, you can send in your entries starting TODAY, January 23rd. Participants can upload 3-minute long videos here and that will make them eligible for season 10. Entries close 31st May, 2016, so there’s plenty of time.
