The Harper’s Bazaar Bride India anniversary party in Mumbai last night saw an impressive display of evening wear. Amy Jackson took the plunge, and we loved that Sophie Choudry‘s Manish Malhotra creation had a cool twist to the otherwise basic black gown.
Sophie looked stunning in the flowy, floor-length gown, which was formal (minus the cute cut-out) in the front and a party in the back. The jazzy, embellished back definitely shows off Manish’s touch!
She chose to go almost minimal with her jewellery, only opting for a pair of statement earrings from Anmol Jewellers and carrying a tiny clutch to complete the look. Her bouffant pony added a bit of drama because of the volume, and in terms of makeup the smoky eye-pink lip combination complemented everything really well!

Waluscha is wearing Gaurav Gupta and also killing it, am I right? That sheer back and sequin work… I mean, wow!
