The Elle Style Awards 2016 was dominated by models and celebrities alike in all black or all white outfits, and then some came out to play in full-scale colour too. But the one thing they all had in common, whether they opted for muted tones or bright colours was that it was one, solid colour all through.

Stella McCartney was a popular choice it seems, considering she dressed 3 of our top 12 picks, especially stunner Liv Tyler who took pregnancy chic to the next level. And we loved Bella Hadid‘s jumpsuit courtesy Julien Macdonald so much, there’s even a separate post about it, but we think the most interesting trend is the deep, square, plunging neckline sported by Brit model Sam Rollinson and Kate Moss‘s little sis Lottie Moss.
