Hi. My name is Natasha. And I’m a skincare junkie. Now that you’ve met me, let me tell you my story. Not to be a debbie-downer but taking care of skin is hard work. With all the pollutants and bacteria from your cellphone, makeup brushes and so on, it’s necessary to treat your skin with love and care.

And since you guys don’t really know, but I have highly sensitive skin. So, to usually find products fragrance-free can be hard. What’s even harder? Along with my travels comes a whole lot of gravel (In this instance, I mean with the texture of my skin). However, a little birdy then told me about Forest Essentials.

Sure enough, I had heard the name before – and seen that beautiful packaging at places. But this time I got a hold on a bunch of their products that took my skin from 0 to 100 real quick! Actually, nothing is ever quick. It did however take me time. But two weeks in and I was touching my face in ways only old aunties at weddings usually do.

Here’s what I did:

Step 1: Cleanse with the Delicate Facial Cleanser

Filled with saffron and neem, this gentle face wash is everything! Seconds after I applied it and washed my face my skin felt refreshed and super soft!

Step 2: Step out with the Sunscreen Lotion

After washing your face and before your makeup for the day comes on, use this non-sticky sunscreen lotion. The lotion contains aloe vera and sandalwood. Aloe vera is effective for sensitive skin, while sandalwood is great for soothing blemishes and dark spots. So all in all, it’s a win win for every skin type.

Step 3: Sooth your skin with the Facial Treatment Masque

After the long day ends, I usually washed my face with the cleanser once again and after patting it dry I went in with this masque and gently worked it into my skin. The sandalwood has anti-ageing and skin smoothening properties.

Along with these key products, you will need a lip balm to keep your lips hydrated. As well as a rose water spray that not only acts as a toner but fits perfectly in your handbag incase you need to refresh your face!
