It’s Grazia India’s 8th anniversary and they couldn’t have picked a better cover girl for their #WeRunThe World anniversary special issue. I mean, Deepika Padukone, you guys! Out of the 100 featured in this issue, she’s literally THE one photographer Prasad Naik shot for the cover, which proves my statement that she’s all kinds of amazing, to be true. On the cover, she rocks a dark pout and flawless skin, courtesy makeup artist Anil Chinnappa, while wearing a Michael Kors black lace dress and jewels by Nirav Modi.
Her hair pulled back in a low pony adds to the demure vibe of the dress, thanks to Gabriel Georgiou. She really knows how to look dainty and divine with that certain oomph that people who are not Deepika just miss, right? Take another peek at that subtle ‘come hither’ look, if you don’t believe me.
Also, for the issue Grazia had some help ‘deconstructing’ Deepika from directors Farah Khan Kunder, Imtiaz Ali, Shoojit Sircar, Rohit Shetty and Homi Adajania. What a great mix from the film fraternity having some classic BTS fun!
