Mental health…or mental wellness. We rarely think about it. We definitely don’t talk about it enough. And why is that?

Unlike physical wounds, for which you’re usually a prescription away from certain cure, for those with mental disabilities, everyday can be struggle, and often with little in their own control. Like most things that can be difficult to understand, or relate to, one can be quick to judge, or misunderstand. And that’s why the message that team Trijog wants to share is so important.

Every mind matters.

Founded in 2014 by Dr. Anureet Sethi (who has dedicated over 28 years to the field of counselling, psychological welfare & interventions) along with her fierce daughter, Arushi Sethi, the mother-daughter duo is determined to drive change and #StandUpToStigma against mental health.
