Nottinghamshire & England batsman James Taylor has been forced to retire from playing cricket because of a very serious heart condition. According to a BBC report, James, whose only 26 years old fell ill during the first day of England’s pre-season fixture against Cambridge MCCU last week and was taken to hospital. He has been diagnosed with Arrhythmogenic Right Ventricular Cardiomyopathy (ARVC) and needs an operation. This condition restrains him from continuing as a cricketer, hence James has retired from playing professionally.

The cricketer has received a lot of love from his peers, his seniors in the game and fans worldwide.
