Recently, Zareen Khan posted a couple of photos from her teenage days on Instagram, when she used be chubby girl and addressed the issue of body shaping. She also mentioned how fulfilling her weight loss journey has been and that she still has a long way to go. And guess what? She has taken up the 100 fitness challenge and is working out religiously for at least two hours everyday. The gorgeous actress is feeling fitter than ever and she doesn’t want to stop. Her fitness regime consists of a perfect mix of cardio and strength training and here are the exercises that she truly swears by.
Apart from working out regularly, Zareen is also keeping a watch on her diet. She’s currently on a low-carb diet. All her meals include a lot of vegetables, fresh fruits and non-sugary fluids.
