A few days ago, we had written about Kangana Ranaut and Ranbir Kapoor bonding at a party thrown by Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor. As per a report by Spotboye.com, we also said that there are rumours of Kangana wanting to be a part of Rajkumar Hirani‘s biopic on Sanjay Dutt starring Ranbir. But the stunning actress, in a statement given to us has rebuffed these rumours. Here’s what she said about the movie and her apparent interest in playing Manyata Dutt‘s role –
Sanjay Dutt’s biopic hasn’t been offered to me but I am in talks with Raju sir for another project where I play a comedian.
That’s amazing! Knowing Kangana, we were a little skeptical of her being interested in a small part of a big movie anyway. The biopic will definitely be intriguing, but it will be Ranbir’s movie through and through, and it looks like Kangana is not into that (despite being on great terms with him). We hear that the role she has been offered in Rajkumar Hirani’s next project is a love story where she will play a hero along with another (male) hero. Basically, both the leads will have an equal role to play. Now, this isn’t surprising at all because Kangana is known to be much more than just a pretty face in her films!
