Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi is my version of a dusky Indian Goddess. She embodies everything that comes to mind when I imagine the perfect woman. She is not only drop-dead gorgeous, but she’s well-read, well-spoken, worldly and as if that’s not unthinkable enough, she loves her food as much as I do. That last one quite honestly pushes her over the edge to other-worldly. She cooks, eats and has a super-refined palate too. And if that’s still not floating your boat, she even just authored another book, her autobiography titled, Love, Loss & What We Ate.
She attended the Time 100 Gala last night wearing this gorgeous candy pink, figure-hugging gown. The lovely knot detailing on the waist and the gold tube detail on the neckline. We love that she contrasted the candy pink with a darker shade of pink and how she defined her cheekbones so well!
