It’s safe to say that Sonam Kapoor‘s 6th appearance at the Cannes Film Festival was a roaring success and as we looked back we noticed something cool. The Anamika Khanna creation that she wore to press interactions on her first day there was something we had seen before. I couldn’t shake the feeling that we’d seen the same print on another Bollywood star and then it struck me: Katrina Kaif wore a similar-but-not-the-same outfit from the same collection during the promotions of her movie, Fitoor. The gorgeous print is hard to forget and I loved seeing it on both fabulous women.
Rhea Kapoor styled Sonam in this creation and paired it with long, contemporary-looking earrings while Namrata Soni gave her a matching pink lip. On the other hand a couple of months earlier, stylist Tanya Ghavri chose another ensemble for Katrina to wear during her promotions in Ahmedabad.
