The previews of the eighth part of the Harry Potter series have begun and from the looks of it, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is full of surprises! The people from Hypable.com got to watch the play before it officially opens next week and published some extremely interesting spoilers from Part 1 of the play (the second part will preview tomorrow). The script of the play will be published as a book on 31st July and most Indians who can’t afford to go to London to watch this on Broadway can at least read it as the 8th book. While spoilers are a sensitive topic in this world of the Internet, there are some people like me who love knowing what’s in store, so here goes –
Harry and Ginny‘s son, Albus Severus Potter, Ron and Hermoine‘s daughter Rose and Draco and Astoria Malfoy‘s son Scorpious have all been sorted into Hogwarts houses. Here are the houses they’ve been sorted into –
Scorpius Malfoy: Slytherin
Rose Granger-Weasley: Gryffindor
Albus Severus Potter: Slytherin
YES! Harry and Ginny’s second son has been sorted into Slytherin and has Draco’s son as a classmate. This means the two will have a lot of scope to either bond or hate each other. Later in the play, Lily Potter is sorted into Gryffindor.
That’s cool, but here’s another piece of information that will completely blow your mind – Hermoine Granger is now the Minister of Magic!
Yep, while Ron and Harry are Aurors for the Ministry, it is our lovely Granger who 19 years later, is the boss of them all.
