Karan Johar and Rohit Shetty announced a while ago that they were joining hands to remake Ram Lakhan, and since then, there’s been a lot of talk about which two actors would play the lead roles. However, amidst all of that, Shetty confirmed at an event recently that he’s not doing the project, but is instead doing something else with Karan Johar.

The director revealed that he will make an announcement next month about what he’s working on, so we’ll have to keep an eye out. Meanwhile, we’ve got to wonder whether Ram Lakhan has been shelved completely… or if it’s just on hold for now.
