A heartthrob of millions of girls across the world, Dr. Mike is a New York-based doctor, who happens to be a social media sensation. From Facebook to Instagram to Snapchat – all his online profiles boast of a massive fan following. But despite attaining superstardom on the internet, he continues to be a sweet and simple chap in real life.
He dotes on his family and his pets, and he gets actively involved in various philanthropic activities. He’s an amalgamation of every girl’s idea of ‘the perfect guy’. And he’s definitely the kind of man any woman would be proud to take home to her mom. I’ve been following him online for a while now and I’ve been crushing hard on him ever since. But recently, I came across some of his interviews and fell in love with him after reading some of the stuff that he has said. For instance:
“You can’t fall in love with looks, but you can fall in love with a person. I do think the meaning has been muddled in recent times, but I continue to believe it’s out there.”
“I am an incredibly emotional person, and I will go through incredible lengths to help other good people.”
“I also cry during sad movies.”
Aww. Isn’t he such a cutie? Now, here are some of his photos. Feast your eyes.

As humans we are excellent at looking at the negatives, looking towards the future with anxiety. This has been ingrained in us because our ancestors who worried about lions ? and bears ? attacking, survived and those who were at constant ease did not. However the pendulum has now swung too far in the opposite direction. We now worry about the smallest details, we stay up thinking about the most trivial problems. Anxiety in this form is toxic ? to our souls. We must take a small amount of time to redirect our minds towards the positive. We must appreciate the good times, the positive relationships, and even our smallest accomplishments. Once you take out the time to appreciate these small but important details you will see a meaningful change in your mood and most importantly in your outlook on life. I'm far from the first person to come to this realization but it's something that's been on my mind for some time now so I thought I'd share it with you on this Sunday morning. Have a great day all! ?? #positive #thoughts #nyc
Happy national doctors' day to all my current and future fellow colleagues! The route we choose is not an easy one, but the rewarding moments are worth all the struggles along the way. It truly is a special occupation and I feel blessed that everyday I get to practice what I love. ?#lovemyjob #medicine #doctorsday #nyc
