Undoubtedly, all these “mommy truths” as I like to call them come from a good place. Most of the time the white lies and half truths are just a means to get us to do what is best for us and sometimes they’re myths and tales that have just been passed down through the generations. While their genesis might possibly be rooted in some kind of truth, most times these myths are just misconceptions from lack of knowledge. So, in the effort to disseminate useful information, we thought we could even tackle some common misconceptions that are still believed today.
