The actress has been in a steady relationship with the show’s former supervising producer, Rocky Jaiswal. And apparently, they have now decided to take the plunge.Although neither admitted to their relationship, our inside sources affirm they are very much together. The reports of their wedding plans had also surfaced last year but we all know, it didn’t happen.Meanwhile Hina has been diagnosed with a kidney stone and is currently quite unwell.
