Hindi television has a lot to offer to the viewers in the coming months with a variety of shows on its radar. TV’s favourite bahus like Sanjeeda Sheikh, Jennifer Winget, Drashti Dhami and a few others will be playing lead roles in an exciting lineup of TV shows.
Starring Jennifer Winget and Kushal Tandon, Beyhadh will see Jennifer portraying the role of an obsessive lover. Think Kajol in Gupt or Urmila Matondkar in Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya. The plot will also see a love triangle with Jennifer, Kushal and Aneri Vajani. The promos are out and are looking impressive, especially Jennifer’s performance. The show will air on Sony, October onwards.
Devanshi is said to be loosely based on the life of God-woman Radhe Ma. Karuna Pandey is essaying the role of the self- proclaimed god mother. The show will air on Colors, popular for experimenting with the genre of social themes.
Drashti Dhami is starring in this show which is said to be based on Subhash Ghai‘s hit film Pardes, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Mahima Chaudhary and Apurv Agnihotri. While Drashti will reprise the role of Mahima, we hear that hottie Arjun Bijlani is playing SRK’s role and Shaleen Malhotra is essaying Apurv’s character.
