According to a report in DNA, Alia was overwhelmed by the fact that she was in a film with Shah Rukh Khan so she broke down during the shoot. Apparently, nobody knew how to bring the situation under control so SRK being the sweetheart he is, took her to a quiet corner and spoke to her to ensure she felt better. Turns out, after the superstar worked his magic, Alia was back on track and gave the shot in one take.
