A 24 year old woman from United States of America got the shock of her life when she discovered that her 68 year old husband of three months is actually her grandfather. As per a report in the Florida Sun Post, the couple discovered this unpleasant news while going through a family album belonging to the husband at their home. The photos belonged to the husband’s children from his first marriage and one them was the woman’s father. The man and his first wife had been estranged since many years and he claimed to send private investigators to search for her but she was MIA.
He then got married again which lead to a divorce. In 2015, he decided to marry the third time and signed up for a local dating agency, here’s what he had to say –
They had a website with profiles of many attractive younger girls. I just felt something strange when I saw her (his granddaughter’s) photos. It was like a sense of deja vu, but at the time I couldn’t figure out why she seemed so familiar. We just hit it off right from when she walked into the restaurant.
The two had only discussed family briefly, she said she was kicked out by her father (his son) for getting pregnant in high school.

When I saw my father in that photo album, I just felt an overwhelming sense of despair. I feel our bond is so strong that even something like this is not enough to make us give up.
So, yea, they’re staying together, despite being related.
