Ace tennis player Andy Murray recalled a rather strange incident involving a female fan. In a Mid-Day report, the sportsman revealed he was stalked all over Europe by a hotel staff who once woke him by entering his bedroom and stroking his arm. Andy further said that the she then followed him to two tournaments and was spotted outside the hotels he stayed in.
Talking about the first incident, he said that despite having a ‘do not disturb’ sign on his door, Andy said the woman (who worked as a maid in the hotel) let herself in and approached his bed before perching by his side and touching him. He said –
I don’t know if that’s a fan thing – that’s a bit extreme – but that happened.
This is quite disturbing!
