The first look of Samant Chauhan‘s spring/summer 17’ collection at Amazon India Fashion Week was pleasing to the eye. It was delicate yet whimsical having a floral influence that was found constant throughout the designs. The silhouettes had a mix of structure, texture and movement in the way it was designed. Cinched at the waist, that lady-like vibe made me feel sexy and royal just looking at models pass me by. Each of his designs stood out effectively especially cause of the pop of colours in the embroidery done here. The colour palette was timeless, feminine yet extremely playful.

His collection showcased skilled craftsmanship and innovation in details displayed. I absolutely love and appreciate designers who work around strong concepts. And that is something that I see he’s clearly done here . I was in love with everything from the choreography to the hairstyles showcased in his show.
