Recently, we shared with you Kangana Ranaut‘s look from the sets of her upcoming film Simran. The actress is reported to play a negative character in the film. Kangana’s got a lot on her plate – she will also be cast opposite Shahid Kapoor in Vishal Bhardwaj‘s Rangoon. Of course, nothing comes easy – Kangana had quite a hard time on the sets of the film and spoke about it at length on #NoFilterNeha; Neha Dhupia‘s podcast on Saavn.
Here’s what she said:
For Rangoon, we were taken to remote valleys in Arunachal Pradesh. There were literally no villages, nothing, not even rest rooms. I was peeing behind rocks and changing behind rocks. My own people would just cover me. Everyone was – so was Shahid. There was nothing, so what do you do?
The diva went on to point out that she had a similar experience during the shoot of Queen. She stepped out of her comfort zone and changed costumes at cafes in Europe. Well, we all know what the end result was, and we’re sure her the hard work she’s put in for Rangoon will pay off incredibly, as well.
