We recently shared with you the promo of Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil, an upcoming TV serial that sees Arjun Bijlani and Drashti Dhami in lead roles. Apparently, the lead actors were busy shooting for the much talked about serial in Austria, but their shoot were interrupted by some fans – who btw, were not their fans! Reports suggest that the shoot was stalled by Shah Rukh Khan fans who mistook it for the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil sets and were of the belief that SRK was shooting a cameo for the film.
Arjun reportedly said in a statement:
We were shooting a serious scene together, suddenly in minutes we realised that a crowd of fans had surrounded us. Shah Rukh Khan is an extremely popular actor in Austria, his fans misinterpreted the shoot as the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil shoot and were waiting for hours just to get SRK’s glimpse. Our shoot was on hold for three hours. It took a lot of time and energy to convince them that there is confusion.
