Sasural Simar Ka actor Dheeraj Dhoopar is soon going to tie the knot with his long term girlfriend and actress, Vinny Arora. Recently, the bride-to-be even got her fiance’s name tattooed on her finger. BollywoodLife caught up with Dheeraj for some exclusive details about his upcoming wedding. Here are a few excerpts:
On having pre-wedding jitters:
I have been preparing for our wedding since some time. Everything is all set just giving the finishing touches. It will be a Punjabi affair total dhamaal. Of course, I am having the nervousness knowing that life will not be the same again. But I am very happy.
Their wedding outfits:
We are not co-ordinating our wardrobes. I feel it is a very superficial way of showing that we have great chemistry. I will be wearing a tuxedo for the sangeet and achkan for the marriage. Vinny has not told me about her outfits as she wants to keep them as surprise. I am sure they’ll be Indian and she’ll look like a true diva. I designed my outfits for all the functions, except the wedding outfit, which is made by a friend.
On honeymoon plans:
We will leave for a honeymoon a month or two later. In fact, I have got holidays for only 12 days. Post wedding, we need to fulfill a lot of rituals, which are time-consuming. Vinny’s family will be travelling to Delhi for the wedding. She is a Mumbai girl. There is a lot of work.
