TV actress Saloni Chopra is one of my favourite people on Instagram to follow. She posts some really cool photos with some incredible captions. The babe is currently in Goa getting a good tan on and of course, her vacay pictures are making us super jealous.

Check it out!

All my bags are packed and I'm ready to go 🎶 Super excited about spending the rest of the week in Goa. If you're a business/restaurant/brand/Bar based in Goa and would like to be reviewed on the blog & Instagram please drop in a mail at [email protected] and someone will get in touch with you. I'm doing a couple of reviews already with some places that I'm actually very very excited to visit. As for the rest of you kids, if you're in Goa while I am – I hope I bump into you somewhere! Look out for the redhead wayfarer🎈 #allmybagsarepacked #traveldiaries #goa #goastay #goahotels #goa🌴 #goabars #theslowlife #wayfarer #allthatglittersisnotgold #mumbaitogoa Duffle Bag: @laglitss

Oh my god I can't tell you how happy water makes me! I hope you're having a great weekend – I'm semi-detoxing semi-sipping on cocktails over here. It's been beautiful. I have zero complaints from life at the moment. Just a lot of gratitude and self realisations. It's beautiful to wake up to this view every morning & do my yoga. Gives me patience, and so much clarity. I plan on uploading a lot of more things but I'm living in a place with very very little network so I'm sorry if you've not been getting updates from me. As I write this I'm not even sure if it'll publish or fail. The internet isn't very great – but THATS great! Because we can all live with a bit of peace & calmness without the chaos of social pressures & a constant smart (read stupid) phone. Love xx 🎈 #theslowlife #vagator #goa #goadiaries #traveldiaries #waterbaby

I clicked this right before I went in for a swim. I thought… how does one gain everyone's attention? Of course, breasts. But this post isn't about sex, or nudity – now that I've got ur attention pls control ur raging hormones for a few more moments. This is about Cancer. October is #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth. Did you know Breast Cancer is the most common cancer for women in India? In 2012, out of the 144,937 women that were detected with the Cancer, 70,218 died from it. That means 1 out of 2 women that had Breast Cancer didn't survive it. A recent article in #Bloomberg suggests that cultural taboos only exacerbate this problem. Not only are Indian women reluctant to discuss their bodies, but they also delay doctor visits. Due to either poverty or ignorance. Once they're diagnosed with it, no one wants to talk about it. Parents are afraid their daughters won't get married. Who will marry a girl with Breast Cancer, let alone no breasts at all? That's true, I'd imagine. The awful amount of importance & sacredness we've given to a pair of Boobs, while never giving it any medical importance – you'd wonder what use could they possibly be? Breast Feeding? Naaah. To be ogled at by men. After all it is their birth right, isn't it? To stare at ur boobs? Which btw is your fault. You were probably alluring them. I wonder why men don't see flashes of their moms' when they see women in Bikinis? After all, those are the first ones they ever saw. Wait, shame on me for even suggesting it. Mothers are sacred. But girls – ah, as long as she's not your mother/sister/wife – it's just "fun". If she's yours – How Dare She. I know I cant change the world, but ladies, if you're reading this, stop ignoring your own body! Get yourself checked. If you're a man – pls encourage your sisters/friends/mums to go get a check up asap! Talk about it. This isn't something to be ashamed of. Precaution is better than cure. And if you have kids, pls educate them & make them aware of multiple other factors of breasts. If you don't, your son is one day going to be 14 looking at boobs in a porn/magazine & that's all he'll ever know of it – & trust me, he's not the one to be blamed. You are. Educate.

Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair, In 77 and 69 revolution was in the air. I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care.. Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair. When the head of state didn't play guitar, not everybody drove a car, When music really mattered & when radio was king, When accountants didn't have control & the media couldn't buy your soul, & computers were still scary and we didn’t know everything. When pop-stars still remained a myth, and ignorance could still be bliss, & when God Saved the Queen she turned a whiter shade of pale. When my mom and dad were in their teens & anarchy was still a dream, And the only way to stay in touch was a letter in the mail. When record shops were still on top, & vinyl was all that they stocked, & the super info highway was still drifting out in space. Kids were wearing hand me downs, & playing games meant kick around, & footballers still had long hair and dirt across their face.. I was born too late to a world that doesn't care.. Oh I wish I was a punk rocker with flowers in my hair. #music #IWishIWasAPunkRocker #SandiThom #sunsetvibes #flowers #takemeback #evolution #unusualgirl #theslowlife #traveldiaries 🎶 🎹🎼🌺 🌹 🌻🌼🌷
